Kennel Update – Wed Oct 2013

Things are starting to heat up a bit around the Golden Paw with some of our established kennel "stars" performing well and some new blood about to hit the track.

Perennial favourite Just Tripping continues to compete virtually every week in WA with regular success. He managed to win his first FTA at Cannington in September, taking his winnings to over $50,000.

Black Veil busted a series of consecutive placings with an easy all the way win over 520 at geelong in her first look at the track. We think she's a good thing to win in town shortly and watch out for her over the 600 metres soon.

Midnight Light continues her good form with a follow up win at Mandurah. She may not have the engine for Cannington but she is slippery as an eel over the 405 at Mandurah, particularly from an inside box draw.

Don the Falcon almost saluted for a debut win at Launceston on Monday, Flying West continues to press for a second win for Chris Johannsen and Lucid Triumph, Beard of Zeus and Hot Berger are all knocking on the door.

In the next month or so we expect race track debuts for Hollywood Diz, Crazy Whiz, Lady Goldenpaw and a few others yet to have their racing names ratified. This will introduce a lot of new owners to the thrill of seeing THEIR dog race live and it's a sensational feeling that has usually been over a year in the making. We hope each and every one of them gets a great kick out of the experience.  smileysmileysmiley
